Description
STRUB Monafix Triplex SA is an industrial cleaner for warm alkaline metal degreasing. The metal cleaning is so intensive - despite a short reaction time - that after a surface treatment (sandblasting) even enamel adheres without interference.

Application
For all warm degreasing and cleaning types where a foam-free, highly effective and toxic class-free cleaning agent is advantageous. Use in circulation cleaning baths, high pressure spraying systems and steam jets with variable working pressure. Application is mainly for cleaning of metals, which have to show oil-, grease-, emulsion- and stain-free surfaces.

STRUB Monafix Triplex SA is used in cleaning plants with a concentration of approx. 3-10 % with water, depending on the requirements.

• suitable for spray and immersion cleaning
• low foaming from 28°C, foam-free from 50°C (hard or soft water, rapid foam decay)
• short reaction time (approx. 3 minutes)
• application concentration approx. 3-10 %, pH-value ~11.0 at 5 % in water
• high dirt absorption, oil is demulsified during the resting phase
• suitable for industrial washing machines, nozzle and brush systems
• suitable for most metals, including copper
• integrated water softener
• concentration determination and bath monitoring can be carried out by the user (request work instructions)
• basic raw materials are biodegradable according to CEC-L-33-A-93.
