Description

The PIUSI Viscomat electric pump is an electric vane pump for pumping low and medium viscosity liquids. The pump is equipped with an integrated adjustable bypass.

The high density of oil compared to other types of liquids requires greater strength in the transfer phase. For this reason, the Viscomat Vane oil and diesel transfer system is characterised by the AC self-priming vane pump, which supports and ensures a constant delivery rate and regularity of the low-viscosity delivery flow of up to 500 cSt at a flow rate of up to 50 l/min. Continuous operation ensures a high suction capacity at a pressure of up to 6 bar. The asynchronous AC motor, on the other hand, is self-ventilated, enclosed and available in various voltages and frequencies, both single-phase and three-phase, and can therefore be adapted to any operating condition.

By using the bypass integrated in the pump body, the operation of the Viscomat Vane oil and diesel pump can be regulated with the transfer closed.

The sintered steel rotor has resin vanes that give the rotor good strength during the transfer. For increased safety of the oil transfer system, the Viscomat Vane can be made accessible from the pump side so that the rotating shaft seal can be properly maintained.
