Mixer FAG 800

Description
The FAG 800 drum attachment mixer works on the principle of jet pumps. Energy is transferred to the pumped liquid (concentrate) by mixing with the motive liquid (water).
Scope
The drum attachment mixer is suitable for the production of stable and homogeneous emulsions in a wide range of concentrates. All water-soluble cooling lubricant concentrates can be mixed. The FAG 800 is ideal for filling individual machines or containers. A drum roller can be used to conveniently transport the concentrate drum with the mixing unit screwed on to the individual machines. The drum top mixing device can be screwed on without any problems.
The connection to the drinking water line must be made via a system separator type: CA, it is suitable for the liquid categories: 1, 2, 3, according to DIN EN 1717.
The specified system separator is not included in the scope of delivery!
Design features
Elegant and sturdy sheet metal housing for screwing directly onto the concentrate barrel. Blasting unit with propelling nozzle. The water flow regulator ensures a constant water flow rate from 1.5 to 10 bar. Fine control valve with zero shut-off for stepless adjustment of the mixture from 0 - 10 %. Generously dimensioned suction set, mixture discharge hose as well as ball valve.
