STRUB Vulcomet Protection 9000-7 DW

Description
STRUB Vulcomet Protection 9000-7 DW is a low viscosity corrosion protection oil for the protection of machines, precision mechanical products and small parts made of steel. The product is particularly suitable for the preservation of high-precision tools, e.g. tool holders, collets during production and as transport protection. The product leaves an oily protective film.

Application
Normally, the application of corrosion protection products that have a water displacing effect is carried out in immersion baths. In addition, STRUB Protection 9000-7 DW can also be sprayed very well. The drying time can be significantly reduced by exposing the treated parts to 60-80°C in a heating cabinet/circulating air. After  evaporation of the solvent, a very thin, vaseline-like hand sweat neutralizing protective film remains on the metal, which does not resinify. The protective film can be removed with petroleum, benzine, circulation cleaner, tri, per-chloraethane or alkaline cleaners, such as STRUB Monafix Ecoclean 3000 or STRUB Monafix-T-Special in aqueous dilution.
