Methanol

Description
Additive for controlled burning in metal hardening furnaces (oxygen binding).
Not for motor purposes.


Application
The methanol is introduced into the nitrogen atmosphere of the curing oven, e.g. via a lance. It evaporates immediately and is thermally decomposed at temperatures of 930°C.
