Description
TROYSHIELD SC1 is a combination of highly active amphoteric wetting agents, emulsifiers and hexahydrotriazine. TROYSHIELD SC1 is highly effective against bacteria, moulds and yeasts and dissolves oily residues, dirt pockets, bacterial contamination and fungal patties.
Application
TROYSHIELD SC1 is used for cleaning the entire circulation system of machine tools that are operated with water-mixed cooling lubricants. TROYSHIELD SC1 should be used before every change of cooling lubricant. The application concentration depends on the degree of contamination of the system and the age of the emulsion.
