Description
STRUB Vulcomet Protection 8010 BF-DW and 8020 BF-DW are barium and VOC free corrosion protection oils with water displacing properties for internal storage and transport protection of all ferrous metals.
STRUB Vulcomet Protection 8010 BF-DW: Water-displacing short- to medium-term corrosion protection with film former, for internal storage and transport protection. The thin protective film is slightly oily.
STRUB Vulcomet Protection 8020 BF-DW: Water displacing medium-long term corrosion protection with film former, the protective film is softwax-like and guarantees longer indoor and outdoor storage. The protective film prevents the formation of moisture and rust on metal parts.
Application
Protection of parts of all kinds during manufacturing processes - intermediate storage - e.g. in the electroplating industry, apparatus engineering, precision engineering, suppliers to the automotive industry, etc. Posttreatment during burnishing. STRUB Vulcomet Protection 8010 BF-DW results in a matt-glossy, gray-black surface.
Additional rust protection for yellow-chromated parts in the HF and electrical industry: Prevents discoloration. Despite its low thickness, the remaining film provides reliable protection against atmospheric corrosion during intermediate and final storage.
