Description
STRUB Vulcomet Long Protection 8095, is a brown, solvent-based wax corrosion inhibitor. The product is excellent for the long-term protection of metallic surfaces against corrosion when used in storage or outdoors, as well as during inland and overseas transport. STRUB Vulcomet Long Protection 8095 leaves a brown, waxy protective film.
Application
STRUB Vulcomet Long Protection 8095 is supplied ready for use and does not need to be diluted. Ensure uniform consistency before application. Constant stirring is normally not required. If the product thickens due to cold storage or loss of solvent, contact STRUB. At the time of application, we recommend an ambient and product temperature of 10-35°C. STRUB Vulcomet Long Protection 8095 can be applied by airless, brushing or dipping. The protective film can be removed with STRUB Circulating Cleaner 4100 R, STRUB Circulating Cleaner 4000, petroleum ether, alkaline cleaners or steam at low pressure.
