Description
STRUB Vulcan Futura CF 8900 AW is a thin-bodied special cutting oil for machining steel, non-ferrous, precious and light metals. The main application is in the machining of steel alloys. (REMS, GF pipe threading machines.)
Properties
Chlorine-free special cutting oil based on a highly refined mineral oil distillate with polar active ingredients and high-pressure additives. Oxidation stable.
The oil has a light color and a neutral odor. The workpieces can be cleaned aqueous, as Vulcan Futura CF 8900 is easily emulsified with water.
Vulcan Futura CF 8900 enables dimensional stability, increases tool life and helps to achieve excellent surface quality. With its chlorine-free nature and the possible elimination of solvents during cleaning, it massively reduces disposal costs.
