The STRUB Vulcan Futura CF 4010, 4015, 4022, 4032, 4100 product range is ideal for machining high alloy steels, steels and cast alloys due to the selected synergistic additives. The product range is equipped with the latest QPLC technology. Quality, performance, longevity and cost/benefit are the focus. Aluminum alloys should only be machined after consultation, non-ferrous alloys should not be machined.

STRUB Vulcan Futura CF 4010 to 4100 products allow high dimensional accuracy, increased tool life and help to achieve excellent surface finish.

The oils are light in color and have a pleasant odor. They offer excellent corrosion protection, good aging resistance and are very low in oil mist. Our experience shows that STRUB Vulcan Futura CF 4010 to 4100 products are very skin-friendly.

Application
The STRUB Vulcan Futura CF 4010, 4015, 4022, 4032, 4100 product range is used in machining centers. The product range is used for virtually all machining operations on high-alloy steels, steels and cast alloys. STRUB Vulcan Futura CF 4100 can also be used for forming.
