Description
STRUB Universalspray Z is a matt black MoS2-based high and low temperature bonded coating spray with additional synergistically acting solid lubricants.
Application
STRUB Universalspray is used for slideways and suspension tracks, threaded spindles, gears, gearing, joints, sliding seats, leaf springs, bolts, hinges, chains, sliding surfaces, etc.
Spray STRUB Universal Spray Z onto degreased surfaces from a distance of approx. 10 - 30 cm. Do not use in the presence of open fire or sources of ignition.
Features and advantages
The applied bonded coating dries quickly and cures in air after only a few minutes. The adhesion and mechanical resistance of the dry sliding film can be further improved by heating to 70 - 150°C for 1 1/2 hours. Thanks to its high capillary action, STRUB Universalspray Z reaches even the finest crevices and prevents friction and wear even at the highest surface pressures of metal surfaces (protective film with 10'000 layers of laminar solid lubricant particles). The emergency running properties with the lowest friction coefficient are guaranteed.
