Description
STRUB Trenasol 474 TRS2 is a specially developed, biodegradable release agent that prevents concrete from adhering during direct stripping. The good creep properties of the release agent provide good surface distribution, which ensures easy release of the elements from the forms. The product has an integrated corrosion protection, does not attack metals, plastics and paints.

Application
STRUB Trenasol 474 TRS2 is suitable for direct stripping during the production of concrete elements. Spray sufficiently and evenly onto the metal or plastic mold. Recommended spray nozzle: Adjustable steel or brass nozzle 1.3 mm, at 4-6 bar spray pressure. In case of discoloration or oily residues, a flat spray nozzle with 0.3 to 0.5 l/min at approx.2 bar should be used. If necessary, only spray the mold thinly again every 2nd or 3rd stripping. No reaction time is necessary. The protection is present immediately after application and the metal surfaces can be brought into contact with concrete immediately. The elements can be easily removed from the molds.
