STRUB Toba 22

Description
STRUB Toba 22 is suitable for removing lime from heat exchangers, boilers, instantaneous water heaters, pipelines and many more. Does not attack metals, rubber and plastics. With practical color change (red to colorless) when active substances are used up.
In closed circulation system with pump for appliances, equipment, chrome, chrome-nickel, copper, steel, cast iron, aluminum, tin and stainless steel.
Application
Add about 10 % STRUB Toba 22 for descaling. Heat the unit to the maximum working temperature. The higher the working temperature, the faster the limescale dissolving capacity. After descaling, the equipment must be drained and blown out with compressed air. For this purpose, the "Decalcification" operating instructions must be observed.
If the system has to be passivated, we recommend briefly rinsing the system with a 2% sodium hydroxide solution. Then rinse again with plenty of water and blow out.
1 kg Toba 22 dissolves approx. 1 kg lime.
