Description
Cleaning and conditioning agent for cooling lubricants and other aqueous circulating systems.
Application
For all water-miscible cooling lubricant circulation systems and other aqueous circulation systems which must be cleaned periodically. Add to the cooling lubricant or circulation system and pump over before the last work shift. Work can continue without restriction, but skin contact should be kept as low as possible. The cleaning effect starts immediately. Depending on the degree of contamination, complete cleaning takes approx. 24 hours. Subsequent mechanical cleaning of the system is highly recommended. Then drain the system and rinse with 1 % emulsion. The system can then be refilled with fresh coolant emulsion or solution.
