STRUB Sharosol 555

Description
STRUB Sharosol 555 is a ready-to-use, water-based concrete release emulsion based on native renewable raw materials. For wood, steel, coated or plastic-modified (such as Holzco Doka) formwork, hard facing slabs and heated formwork. The release agent emulsion is recommended for absorbent and non-absorbent formwork types.
Application
After stripping, the formwork must be cleaned clean of cement residues. Immediately afterwards, spray STRUB Sharosol 555 sparingly onto the dry surface and allow to dry sufficiently. Complete drying is essential to achieve a beautiful visible surface without large air inclusions. Depending on the ambient temperature, STRUB Sharosol 555 requires a reaction and flash-off time of 5 to 15 minutes (depending on temperature, humidity). The concrete is then placed. Non-absorbent formwork (plastic or hard surfacing boards) should be stripped briefly with a rubber scraper after application with the sprayer. Unplaned, unused wooden formwork (rough-sawn sapwood heartwood) with advantage for pretreatment coat 1-2 times with cement paste (especially for fairfaced concrete)
