Description
STRUB Dissolver 1 is a petroleum fraction mixture, which is regulated from the flash point as non-flammable, in the sense of (EC) No. 1272/2008 GHS-CLP. In terms of cleaning power, it largely replaces fast-burning and highly explosive products such as gasoline, acetone, plaster thinner, etc.
Application
STRUB Dissolver 1 is suitable for any circulation apparatus with electric or compressed air circulation of the solvent. The product removes oils, greases, tar, bitumen and dust as well as all common contaminants on machines and their parts. Mainly used as a solvent of anti-rust concentrates, which are used in C-plants.
The application possibilities are almost unlimited:
As a cleaning agent for all metals, plastics, etc.
As a water displacement fluid and as a drying agent for workpieces coming from machining with aqueous cooling lubricants (emulsions) or from galvanic treatment. It is normally used in an immersion bath with a sloping bottom and equipped with a sludge or water drain cock.
When not in use, the bath should be covered. It is mainly used in metalworking stores, car garages, locksmith's shops, electrical workshops of all kinds etc. Everywhere where quick, thorough and fast-drying cleaning is required.
