STRUB diesel additive LSC 2003

Art.-No. 30554

With the introduction of low sulfur diesel (LSC, standard EN590) in Europe and Switzerland, the requirements for additive technology have changed. Strub has developed a new additive package that fully meets the diesel requirements for 2000 and 2005. The package contains lubrication components, corrosion protection, cetane number improvers, oxidation protection, metal protection and nozzle jet improvers. 80% of all diesel distributor injection pumps are lubricated by the diesel fuel at the same time. Due to lower content of sulfur in diesel, increased wear occurs on injection pumps VE and on nozzle needles. DIESELADDITIV LSC 2003 +2005 are guaranteed to protect against wear on distributor injection pumps VE and nozzle needles. Increase of cetane number provides more engine power, less nailing at start and under load, smoother running and easier starting. The achieved injector cleanliness improves emissions to the level of a new engine and ensures optimal use and energy-saving combustion of fuel. Suitable for all low sulfur diesel
fuels, RME (biodiesel), turbo and cat tested. For all diesel engines in cars, trucks, tractors, construction machinery and stationary engines.

 Features and advantages
  • Increase of the lubricity of the fuel
  • improvement of wear protection on distributor injection pumps VE and needles
  • improves ignition quality by increasing cetane number (min. by 4)
  • improvement of cold start behavior
  • reduces engine noise and emissions
  • very good corrosion protection
  • no disadvantages in case of overdosing
  • mixes itself with the fuel (self-mixing)
  • less soot particles
  • neutral towards all catalyst types
