STRUB Chain lubricant Aqua 800
Art.-No. 31513
Description
STRUB Chain lubricant Aqua 800 is a highly developed product for chainsaws of all makes.
Due to specially selected additive combinations and an increased viscosity compared to the standard qualities, excellent adhesion with very good temperature behavior and good lubricating properties are achieved.
Application
STRUB Chain lubricant Aqua 800 is suitable for initial lubrication at the chain manufacturer or for relubrication in industrial operations where a high capillary effect or wetting of the chain level, pins, rollers is required.
The high smoothing effect massively reduces the coefficient of friction between metal pairs due to theemergency running properties. The product can be easily applied by dripping, spraying or dipping.
Dilution: Dilute STRUB Chain lubricant Aqua 800 with 25 % water (75 parts concentrate and 25 parts water) to obtain the desired application viscosity. Before use, the product must be stirred well (if it stands for a long time, the solid lubricants will settle on the bottom of the container). It is also advisable to stir the water-diluted version periodically.
From approx. 10°C to 800°C (short-term peak temperature 1100°C) as dry lubrication for transport chains in combustion and glow heads or for drive and control chains on melting furnaces.
