Description
Aquastrub Concentrate is a medium viscosity, water miscible rust inhibitor concentrate containing film forming corrosion inhibitor additives and emulsifiers. The product is solvent-free and is not subject to the EC Solvent Directive (1999/13/EC). The product does not contain heavy metals such as barium, is skin friendly and exceptionally stable when diluted as an emulsion. Aquastrub Concentrate leaves a thin, slightly oily, nondripping oil film on the metal surface after evaporation of the water, which is also stable against acid vapors.

Application area
Aquastrub is especially recommended for corrosion protection of ferrous metal components and galvanized steels. Aquastrub Concentrate is usually applied by immersion at an application temperature of 50 - 60°C. The emulsion can also be sprayed without any problems. The emulsion can also be sprayed without problems.

Rust protection:
1-5 months depending on concentration (inside).
Outside not recommended.

• The emulsion is prepared by adding Aquastrub Concentrate to water (ideally at 30 -35°C).
• The typical application concentration is between 10 - 30 vol.%.
• Drying time: > 30 min., depending on room temperature, as well as application. The corrosion
• protection film must be completely dry (water-free) before packaging.
• Regular checking of concentration, pH and bath level is recommended.
• If necessary, aqua dust can be removed well with aqueous, alkaline cleaners or also solvent cleaners.
• Indoor storage: at 10 vol% (1 month) and at 20 vol% (5 months); outdoor storage is not recommended.
